    "I so love my Mini Cooper. This is my first mini ever. In my past I have had a Mercedes and an Audi. I wanted to save on gas and have always admired the look of the Mini. My first visit was all I needed to see and believe in the quality and the overall appearance. The test drive was the selling point for me. The turbo was what sold me and I couldn't be happier with my Mini sport. I love it. I love it more than any of my other cars.... Wish I came to Mini of Hawaii years ago.     "This was the 4th time I returned to the dealership to deal with a loose door panel, finally fixed. Complained about tire light being on...they adjusted pressure...light still on. Also, went in for service, service performed...service light still on. Had safety inspection and was told I needed my insurance card. I printed the one from my insurance co. web site. AFTER I went back, I was told I needed an original with a watermark. I could have done that, but why only give partial information.     "One of the lights indicating a problem came on while I was driving. Headed straight for Mini of Hawaii. As my visited was unplanned, I didn't know what to expect with wait times, etc. The service representative provided excellent service...coordinating with mechanics to give me an estimated time needed to assess the problem etc. All I had to do was enjoy a cappucino in the lounge.
